The Deed Restriction Rules and Regulations are recorded with the chain of title of every lot within the Association. Each homeowner within Trowbridge Farms should check their respective chains of title for their copy of the Deed Restriction Rules and Regulations.
NEW CONSTRUCTION AND FENCES
In addition to deferring to Bloomfield Hills Ordinances for new construction, division or partition of land, and fence placement, the Association must review and approve new construction, pool installation, accessory structures, and fence installation. Structures and fences will be reviewed for impact to neighboring properties, and permanent fences (excluding decorative and impermanent garden fencing and patio privacy fencing) should be metal, without spikes, and black or bronze in color to blend with the environment. Failure to submit plans for Association review and approval may result in delays and legal costs in relation to your project.
