ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION
A non-profit corporation, the Association strives to perpetuate the legacy of Trowbridge Farms Deed Restrictions in an effort to protect property values, neighborhood harmony, and ensure deed restrictions are enforced as intended.
Dedicated resident volunteers comprise the Trowbridge Farms Association Board of Directors. The Board of Directors meets quarterly and holds an annual meeting for all Trowbridge Farms Members at Bloomfield Hills City Hall. The Board anticipates and addresses issues that impact the neighborhood and serve as a collective voice for property owners.
The Association is formed for the purpose of promoting and preserving the best interest of property owners in Trowbridge Farms Subdivision, both singly and collectively, by equitably and impartially enforcing existing restrictions; to promote better, more healthful, more congenial living conditions for all; to deal with problems of road maintenance, sanitation and drainage; and, in general, to do all those things necessary to make the area a better place to live.
The area of jurisdiction embraced in the activities of this Association shall comprise, and be limited to, all the land and property situated within the geographical boundaries of the following subdivision of record in the City of Bloomfield Hills, Oakland County, Michigan:
Trowbridge Farms – Plat recorded Liber 16, page 37 Oakland County Records. Trowbridge Farms No. 1 – Plat recorded Liber 86, page 18, Oakland County Records Trowbridge Farms No. 2 – Plat recorded Liber 120, page 30 & 31, Oakland County Records.
