DUES To support neighborhood operational costs, deed-mandated Trowbridge Farms Association membership dues are paid annually. The dues help the Association cover costs associated with protecting neighborhood integrity.
Resident information on-file is sent to each Association member to verify and enclose with their dues payment in the amount specified.
Members may submit dues payment in the form of a check payable to “Trowbridge Farms Association” and either drop off or mail a check with resident information to Trowbridge Farms Association, 925 Trowbridge Rd., Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304.
Payment may also be made electronically via PayPal.com. Members should make note of their address and any resident information updates at the time of payment.
Non-payment of dues will result in a property lien.
